Hm, I guess this is like Skype, but the "google friendly" version?

I see people saying good things about GizmoProject over at Broadband Reports.

I personally have a Sunrocket VOIP line It's an actual device which I plug into my router and then into a real phone, not a "softphone" which runs thru your computer. Sunrocket is like Vonage, but probably more features and only $199 / year. (less than $17 / mo)and UNLIMITED Long distance in the US and Canada. Great if you are pushing your cell phone's national miniutes.

I do have a traditional phone as well, becasue if the internet goes down I want a 100% uptime landline.
