Why, havent you read, jpg mag has an offer from a buyer who wants to keep it alive.

Yep... but an offer to buy, a refinance, staffing changes, and keeping it up are all challenges not yet attempted. Sure hope they do, but if they don't you can get all that was now.
If I had a dollar for every promise made to keep something going. Funding is very quirky - especially these days. Hope they can pull it off.
