Spotlight interview with Kara May at POP

Take a look at the images and read the interview... really fun, editorial approach to kids portraiture.
Spotlight interview with Kara May at Pieces of the Picture: "One of the things that I love so much about places like flickr is that you find such a vast variety of amazing photographers. Some of these photographers are known for their subject matter, others for their look, some for both. Kara May is here today and I think I could say safely that her work is recognizable for it’s subject matter and as well for her distinct look. There is a beauty in the color of her work. The color which represents the children and their spirits.

She is an amazing photographer and around the time that I first started this blog, I found Kara May via flickr. I instantly became a big fan of her work. Being a fellow children’s photographer, I was naturally drawn to her work, but she did it with such beauty and simplicity and color and emotion. All things which I am a fan of, but her distinct combination of these things makes her work very memorable, very easily. Those who are a fan of this blog, I am sure that you too will enjoy her work and her interview. So for reading pleasure, here is our interview with Kara May!"
