SHUTTERBUGGED - New York Post

There was a time when I totally respected law enforcement. Lately, there have been way too many incidents of thuggery and brutality. I am rethinking my positions and not terribly excited about too much power in the hands of people who are not smart enough to do their own jobs. When we have people who are 'in charge' and continue to ignore what they are supposed to be in 'charge' of, it scares the crap out of me. Not a personal fear, but a fear that this country has been too willing to pass off our freedoms to 'overseers' with guns.
SHUTTERBUGGED - New York Post:
"Faced with complaints from photographers and tourists alike, the NYPD has issued a department order reminding cops that the right to take pictures in the Big Apple is as American as apple pie.

'Photography and the videotaping of public places, buildings and structures are common activities within New York City . . . and is rarely unlawful,' the NYPD operations order begins."
