"The sun was lighting up a beautiful old red door, so we had Courtney sit on the steps in the direct sun. There are hints of shadow in the picture from structures in front of the sun. Courtney decided on a sexy, seductive pose that went well with the mini-skirt and accessories. Again, I had her ignore me and work inside herself. My job is to catch the gesture, not direct it. I gave her very little in the form of direction, only larger posing suggestions. The small movements and twists you see here are all Courtney."
