New Website Launched for Photographer David Reesor. Clean design and full CMS. Sales through Photoshelter

David is a world traveler and photographer specializing in rare and exotic animals. He has also spent extensive time with the Lions of Africa. This work is the basis of his first book, "Predators."

Predators is an intimate look into the life and death spectacle of the predatory plains of Africa.

I met with David just before Thanksgiving and we started on the design. My desire was for a clean site, with very little to compete with his dramatic images.

David knew he wanted a black background, but all else was left to me.

I chose a rotating set of images in a 'slide show' for the home page and a thumbnail/large image gallery for the portfolio.

We used Photoshelter for the sales side of his site.

All text and images are easily maintained by David and his staff. No 'webmastering' is needed. (I don't do those kind of sites.)

David's site launched last Sunday to correspond to his show running this month in Vancouver.
