measure everything the way these retail consumer analysts do. If you read it carefully the article says that sales were good on Friday, but not as good as they expected so that was not so good, but then Friday isn't the best prognosticator as other conditions can come into play. ?? In other words they have no idea what they are doing, measuring or critiquing... Morons.
