And the guy who penned the letter should be looking for a job today if he did it on his own. And, if it were my company, the bastard would be needin' a good attoorneee... ya know!

Hi Don...I've been a lurking subscriber for a while, and I am always amazed at your ability to find this stuff. Thanks for sharing. This is one of the best exchanges I've read in a long time. It makes me want to go slapping people as gracefully as that reply letter did.
