For me "the way we always used to do it" is probably the biggest chunk of inertia and "inventory" I need to get rid of.  If we're going to re-do we might as well do it with a clean slate.

I don't know if I ever consider it a 'do over' for me. I am a bit more fluid on it and consider it a path to be run, not a destination to be lived in.
